Men’s Summit 2021

Escape the daily grind. Draw closer to God. Leave refreshed.

September 24-26, 2021

Cross pointe Camp & Retreat Center

31434 Main Street, Rocky Mount, MO 65072

Why should I come to Men’s Summit?

Do you ever feel like you’re just going through the motions with God?

You keep praying. Reading your Bible. Going to Church.

But it feels…stale

You could keep doing what you’ve been doing

And get the same results

Or you could invest 1 weekend where you:

  • Connect with God
  • Hangout with other guys
  • Get your passion back

What’s so special about 1 weekend?

It’s true you can meet God anywhere

But there’s something about worshipping God with 500 guys

God designed you for community with other men

You can see this in Deuteronomy 16:16

God commanded the men to gather together before the Lord, three times each year

Today, this time together looks different, but it’s still essential

At Summit you will:

  • Worship without other obligations
  • Build relationships with other guys
  • Experience the power of God

And if you need it, you can just relax

There’s plenty of reasons you need to be at summit this year

But don’t take our word for it

Hear from other guys… WHY MEN’s SUMMIT

“For a long time now my walk with Jesus had become stagnant.

I was back sliding into my addictions from the past and I felt like I was so far away from God…

I’d been wearing a mask at church long before coronavirus came about. This was my 3rd year at The Men’s Summit and it was exactly what I needed.

I went there broken and searching for God to renew the fire in my heart and to hear from Him. I didn’t leave disappointed.

Thank you guys for putting these events together, and most of all, thank you Jesus for pouring out a fresh anointing on the men in our church!

It feels great to have my passion back!”

“I really enjoyed the worship and the message.

Its exactly what I’ve been praying for recently. The fellowship as usual is awesome.

It’s nice to take time to clear your mind from the daily grind and draw closer to God.”

“Just had a great weekend.

I’m looking forward to next year and bring men from my church. The Summit was outstanding.

Again thanks for a great weekend.”

What should I expect at Summit?

Leadership luncheon (senior/lead pastor)

Are you the senior/lead pastor of your church?

Are you looking for connection with other lead pastors?

A time of renewal and fresh vision for what God has for you and your church?

You’re invited to join us for a special roundtable workshop and luncheon designed for senior pastors during Men’s Summit 2021 at Cross Pointe Camp & Retreat Center

We’ve designed this time to allow you to connect with other pastors who may be walking through similar seasons or have already walked through what you’re encountering.

During the roundtable, you’ll discuss “the challenges and opportunities of pastoring a 21st century church.”

You will also get exclusive access to our speaker, Richard Gurganus, and hear his perspective as a lead pastor of a multi-site church in a mid-sized community.

Even if you’re not able to attend all of Men’s Summit, you can sign up for Saturday only for just $50. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as all the services and activities that take place Saturday.

The leadership roundtable and luncheon takes place during the 2nd workshop session and lunch–leaving you plenty of time to hang out with your men during the services and afternoon activities.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build

Did you know in every city there are boys and girls without a bed to sleep on each night?

You can help meet this need.

At Men’s Summit, we’re partnering with the Marshfield Sleep in Heavenly Peace team.

There’s 2 ways you can partipcate:

  • Donate–each bed costs $250 (includes materials, matress, and bedding)
  • Build–Saturday afternoon you can sign up for a 1 hour shift to help build the bed (even if you don’t have any previous experience with power tools)

If every man attending Summit donated $10, we would meet our goal of building 20 beds.

Will you provide 20 kids with a comfortable place to sleep?

The Difference Between Racial Reconciliation and Social Justice, Alex Bryant
There is a slight difference between racial reconciliation and social justice.

Racial reconciliation includes social justice, but social justice doesn't necessarily include reconciliation period.

In this session, Pastor Alex will discuss the differences and similarities.

Your Workshop Leader:

In July 2016, Alex Bryant was inspired to create a video about the pain and confusion he felt after the killing of five police officers in Dallas. This took place after the killing of several unarmed black men across the country by police. The video was shared on Alex’s personal Facebook and viewed over 49 million times.

Alex felt called to begin speaking on racism, reconciliation, and discipleship to the body of Christ. His wife of 25 years, Angela, joined him in this calling, and Alex Bryant Ministries was born in October 2019.

The Lord has used the Bryants’ experience as an interracial couple with five biracial children as they share the power of reconciliation at businesses, churches, and events across the country. Besides speaking, the ministry has also grown to include a book, Let’s Start Again, and The Way We See It podcast.

Alex’s book “Let’s Start Again” will be available to purchase at the Summit Store
